Home School Friday: Pastel, Stamps, and Paint

Friday, December 4, 2026  1-2:30 pm

Use multiple art supplies to create a layered effect inspired by Ted Waddell’s, Ruby Valley Angus. Participants will apply watercolor paint across the surface then layer oil pastel on top to mimic a raised texture. Create a stamp of an animal that can be used multiple times to show a herd across the composition. Registration required.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, November 27, 2026

Cost $10 for Museum Members / $12 for Non –members

Minimum 10 students / Ages 7-12

All classes include a tour of related artwork.
