TEEN Home School Friday: Light and Texture

Friday, November 20, 2026   1-3 pm

Use unexpected materials and paint to create a textured background for chalk pastel. Take inspiration from Booth artists Jane Hunt and Felice House as we explore the effects of color and simple shapes in nature - big sky, clouds and landforms. Look at ways to create a sense of mood and atmosphere that celebrates your personal style.

REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Friday, November 13

Cost $10 for Museum Members / $12 for Non –members

Minimum 10 students/ Ages 12-17

All classes include a tour of related artwork.
