Please read all the information before submitting your application. 

Location: West Fest is located on the festival grounds of the Booth Western Art Museum, at the corner of Howard and Gilmer Street. 

Event Date: Saturday, October 25, 2025

Set-Up Time: Vendors must be set up by 8:00 AM and all vehicles must be relocated to the shaded lot @ Tabernacle Church. Portions of Gilmer Street, Howard Street, and Museum Drive are all barricaded off by 8:30 AM. 

West Fest Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

General Information: No Rain Date - West Fest happens rain or shine!

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table(s) and chair(s). 

Please register by selecting the appropriate field below by securing a 10x10 or 10x20 spot. **Please note that spots with electricity are very limited and are already full for 2025. Generators are not permitted with prior authorization. 

Interested in being one of our Food Trucks? Additional documentation is required prior to being approved. Please email Conilia Wade for information at coniliaw@boothmuseum.org. Applications sent in for Food Trucks will be rejected unless prior authorization has been granted. Thank you for understanding.
