Please read all the information before submitting your application.

Location: West Fest is located on the festival grounds of the Booth Western Art Museum, at the corner of Howard and Gilmer Street. 

Event Date: Saturday, October 24, 2026

Set-Up Time: If you are waiting until Saturday morning to set up, you must be finished by 8:30 AM. All vehicles must be relocated to the shaded lot @ Tabernacle Church by this time. Portions of Gilmer Street, Howard Street, and Museum Drive are all barricaded off by 8:30 AM. I encourage all vendors to take advantage of early set up on Thursday or Friday afternoons. If you are a vendor and would like to participate in our Passport to the West program, you will need to set up Wednesday afternoon. Please email for more information on Passport to the West. 

West Fest Hours: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

General Information: No Rain Date - West Fest happens rain or shine!

Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, table(s) and chair(s). 

Electricity is very limited and only available to a few select booth locations. Please reach out prior to selecting electricity for confirmation. Generators are not permitted without prior authorization. Please email coniliaw@boothmuseum.org to confirm power needs.
